Safety Devices do them. There’s a few variations but they mount to the chassis:

Saw a nicely sorted black puma 110 at Canungra near the Army barracks on Sunday late morning towing a very very nice S2a on a trailer, I was on the motorbike, but I gave him a wave anyway. Was it anyone from here driving that?

Waved to a bright yellow 90 on Eumundi-Noosa Rd on Friday, but no response.
I've been getting at least one wave a day. Got a thumbs up from a grey Triton on Darley Rd the other day.
I've been waving every 2nd to 3rd day at a nice Corris Grey 110, Sometimes he cautiously waves back other times not.
Got a wave from a very nicely sorted Nara Bronze 90 yesterday arvo as well.
A couple of waves on the way to Warren today, a white 130 just out of Cowra and a very enthusiastic wave from a white 110 Puma just out of Eugowra. Also got a wave from a d4 on the Trangie side of Narromine

I got two for two return waves on the way down to Cranbourne Christmas Eve. Both from Defenders.
I challanged a couple of Discoveries just as an exercise and got none for none. In fact one looked at me as if I was eyeing up his missus.
I'll maintain to my dying day that the Land Rover wave became the Defender wave when they introduced the Discovery.
