Got a lovely wave yesterday on Loganlea Road, I was in "zara" my series III, stuck my arm out the window and got a big wave back from a 130 puma. Seen it a few times of late, must be new around here:)

We did a 1350km road trip on the motorbikes last weekend. SWMBO said she laughed everytime i saw a Defender and waved. Just a habit I suppose. I took Ralph for a run around a 10km block on Monday, got a wave from a Defender like mine, didnt get one from a local soccer mum in a black 90 (she never waves) and got a big thumbs up from two louts in a green dunnydore ute.
What's going on guys and gals? I've had so many disappointments lately with no one waving back despite my cheeriest attempts.. I'm starting to think that I'm driving an invisible Defender.. :(

Don't actually see many Defenders in Melbourne to wave at. But, on the way back from Port Fairy we did pass another 90 (black) on the Geelong Rd,...gave him a honk & received a wave back.

Yeah I often wave from my Black Suzuki too, god knows what the drivers think when they see a biker wave at them?!
The other day we went out shopping, pasted 9 other defenders, I think 8 waved. It's got to be a record! :D
