You are right of course, Its is the case on our long trips away from home, but when we return & approach to within an hour or so toward the big smoke the wave goes out the window.

Where the Defender wave just won't go away.

I would have waved at the 110 SW at the Domain today near the Art Gallery but it was parked.
It did stand out though, with its "AULRO" number plate.

The other day I was driving saw 2 defenders gave a wave, got one back. Remainder of trip I felt great. The wave gives me something special.

and on the lady drivers. Completely agree Chicks in Defenders Rock.

Ha! I give the wave or a thumbs-up to Defenders nearly every day while commuting on the Buell... I know what you mean.

But on our New Year's trip (5000 kms in 3 weeks), every Defender we saw waved back at us...

I just drove from Sydney to Port Douglas and got many waves in return at 1 stage I even got waves from the back seat. Puts a smile on your face
