I only use about an exta inch or so.

In leg room it seems like miles, as for the b pilar or resting the elbow on the window sill it makes very little difference.

Iain, was great to catch up and yes portals we're on the agenda for the drive home, funnily enough one of us thought they were a better idea Than the other.

Is there any advantage in putting these seat extensions in a single cab tray back, because it seems the seats don't really have any further back to go but any advantage would be great.
    Thanks, Moondog

Going forward you will most probably only need one phone number for getting and fitting these portals.

    Cheers,
    Daniel

    Hi Moondog,

The seat extensions will not help you as the back of the seats hit the back of the cab without seat extensions already.

    Cheers,

I lifted my seats 30mm. That helps me even though my Defender has a cab .

I removed my plastic door handle and now have one of these:MUDSTUFF.CO.UK, Defender Flexible Grab Handle

As for the seat rails, I made my own, all up $30-$40 for two sets.

Seat rails can be bought from Mulgo, Britpart, Mudstuff.co.uk or you can make your own.

With the seat rails and the soft flexiable door handle it makes all the difference.

    Col.
