    Hi rick , No8 now why didn't I think of that . My bonnett release cable is fraying , so I put a bit of cord on the catch incase it snaped before I brought a new cable , that was a year or so ago , so it's back on the list of jobs to do . At least you'v got a cable .. cheers jimr1..
