Yeah Martyn, they look like pretty good prices as well; I was talking to a supplier who was only supplying to me (as a middleman) for around the same $$$. Thanks![]()
Haha yeah, makes our usernames look boring, eh?!

The headlights are TruckLite LED's ( Phase 5 NLA - superseded by Phase 6 & 7)
(The shot was just after a wash, hence good looking vents & hinges, fairly infrequent washing at the moment)
heres an interesting angle from the other day, you can see the individual LED elements of the headlight, only the top half is on for low beam (5x3w), the whole headlight is on for high beam. low beam = 15w high beam =30w
some comparos below, the horizontal fence at the end of the driveway & over the road is 80m away.

Wow goingbush, that's impressive, I don't think my high beam is as good as the TL4 low beam. Do you mind if I ask how much they are, where you got them and what size led bar you have? I have a couple of rusty old spotties at the moment I was thinking of replacing with a candle.
cheers Gerald
going bush and reads can you please direct me to where you got the led bar? keen on a bar and trucklites as I do quite a lot of highway kms at night. I understand spotties throw light out further but on the road I think I need the spread more to see the sides of the road than whats far ahead.
Ebay seller I bought from has vanished, but light identical to this one
120W 24inch 12V 24V LED Light BAR Flood Spot Alloy Work Lamp Offroad Alloy 4WD | eBay
I got the Trucklites from Ebay USA ebay.com $290 the pair (obsolete stock) and mail forwarded via a 3rd party shipper for $90
TL5 no longer available, Phase 6 are better on low beam but $200 each here

may not be strictly legal here as they dip straight ahead instead of to the left, but as you can see from the compare shots it makes no difference, you can still see more to the left on low than standard left dipping H4's. Ive never been flashed by oncoming drivers, unlike HID's they don't blind you.
Here are the newer trucklites

SET OF 2 Truck-Lite 7'' Round LED Headlamp, Complex Reflector Optics Design Phase 7 27270C
And a good review/comparison, by this I actually prefer the TLv6
