    Or a decent drip of ep80w90 from an oil can down onto the pivot shaft. It'll soon make its way to the bushings. Have been doing this since I started working on the early Defenders, I can't believe they think it is any more complicated than a drop of oil??? The Puma clutch pedal assembly is essentially unchanged since late series LR!!!!

    Mine has been lubed three times plus spring/ pivot bushings changed.

    LR has just ordered in an entire clutch pedal assembly for me

    Graphite powder.... Pull the pin out half way, do one side, then drive it back through and do the other. One of the few things that works with nylon bushes.. Worked with mine. (99 Defer Td5)

    Gave it some Lanotec on Sunday (had it on the list to purchase anyway), and put some in there.

    Drive of 30-odd kilometers yesterday was an absolute delight...
