    Strange, I have never 'hung' on the latch on the 300 def. Im average size and do a lot of gate opening on the property, out, open gate, in, drive through, out, close gate, in, repeat at next! sometimes 10-15 times a day! Must get grids........one day...........maybe......
    Having said that I can see how it could happen.

    For me it was getting one of the loops that your belt goes through snagged on it as I was jumping in...

    I actually think its a combination of vehicle height and leg length!!!

    Mine X-Eng latches arrived yesterday so will be going on the car this weekend
