The filters in that Ebay Ad you linked are Not Britpart, I would have no issues buying that kit.

There is Britpart, britpart & ****part , Some britpart stuff is good but you have to know what and where you are buying from, They do make some OEM parts , (not fuel filters) and because they make some OE the fuel filter box can say OEM because they are an Original Equipment Manafactruer. it doesnt mean that part is actually oem.

Their Filters are crap, buy at your own risk.

I bought a britpart Td5 waterpump cover thinking how could they stuff that up , well its useless because the gasket surface is cast still with the sand granules, not even machined flat - useless rubbish. Try indicator & stop light lenses , look great put on car 3 months later they are clear, all the color has faded, good for parker lenses I thought , 12 months later all cracked.

Hub nut washers are great, but only use once.

there are online resources to tell which Britpart parts are genuine LR parts, i have no probs buying those.

OTOH, There is plenty of quality aftermarket stuff, the only filter I always buy genuine is LR or Ford boxed is the Td5 Rotor filter

like I said ye get what ye pay for,

If you want to take some spares with you on a trip why buy them get onto Dave Harris at All4x4 and ask him to put a spares kit together for you.
When you return from your trip you pay for what you used this is what we have done in the past.
We do a lot of business with him but I think he would do it for you

Most of those filters are Mahle. I would be happy to use Mahle filters. I have never heard of "Filtron" brand filters though.

IMHO/IME The best quality filters are made by:
    Donaldson
    MANN+HUMMELL (MANN Filter)

    Fleetgard/Cummins
    Mahle

    Baldwin

I try to avoid using any other brands other than the above.

Too many bad experiences with products in Blue boxes to persuade me to ever use britpart stuff again.

My local L/R supplier is pretty much a Britpart dealer, and some of the 'high quality' stuff I've had has caused more problems than its worth, especially as they refuse to cover labour on warranty jobs, which isn't handy when you're a one man band trying to make money fixing stuff for others.
Better still phone their office to complain and get told that they're not interested, take it up with a supplier.

I got sick of taking things back to be told 'we've never had that problem before'.
I wouldn't buy anything from them. They can't even make a door that fits the hole in the car.
Slightly academic I know with some Land Rover panel fit, but it should have gone on better than it did.

Don't buy britpart, it ****s up and they don't care.

    Still doesn't cover labour.

One might also mention the fact britpart had a contract with the UK MOD to supply parts to maintain the Land Rover and Bedford fleets.
Slightly less well known is the fact the contract was terminated early due to the amount of shoddy parts being supplied.
