I would be surprised if they no longer include that in the handbooks of the newest models. But then Citroens have always been quirky...and temperamental.
I wouldn't buy another citroen WORST car I have ever owned. You know what Citroen stands for , Lemon.

My Flow tag is mounted just in front of the VIN plate in the bottom left corner of the windscreen. Never had a problem.

After so many years with so many different Citroens, I know exactly how temperamental they can be. May I ask exactly what problems you have with yours, and what year/model do you own?

Its a 2008 C4 2L diesel . The Cat converter carbons up all the time causing hunting ( the fix is to lock in 2nd gear & drive hard for about 5k's) , head lights go out when driving at nighe for no reason , when reseting cruise conterl it causes all the instruments to go out , ( have to switch off motor & restart to reboot) wipers move from rest up the screen while car is parked in garage over night & every thing is switched off , had to replace front discs & pads before 30,000k's special lock nuts on mage had to be replaced , fuel return line from injectors split spraying fuel over hot turbo, Mitchelon tyres had flat spots on them from new & fome in front seats detorating when about one year old ( when cleaning car I find powdered fome under front seats . Payed over $40,000 & would be luvkey to get $16,000 now.

^ Wow, that really does sound you got a lemon there! I have never had a Citroen with that many problems! When I sold my 2005 C4 just last week, it had 75000 km's on it with still the original tyres, brakes etc. The only thing I replaced in my 8 years of ownership was the battery. I agree about the special lock nuts though, they are crap and I did manage to slightly damage one of them trying to remove it. I am thinking of replacing my special lock nuts on my Defender 90 for that reason.

By 35,000k's we had replaced 2 faulty tyres twice then i put them in the bin & fitted yoko's , changed the car completly . Battery failed at around 3years. I replaced the lock nuts with the normal hex nuts . Its dome around 60,000 k's now & no sign of wear on the front after market discs & pads. Do you know Lucas ( prince of darkness) make the brakes on Citroens & probley have some thing to do with the electrics You do the name Citroen stands for citrus which is Lemon. & people think they have problems with Landrovers

Hahaha. Perhaps I should modify my Defender to have Citroens hydractive suspension.

Perhaps it's just me...I am weird after all, but I've never had any serious Lucas problems. Maybe I just need to get out more...

They have a office near the Gateway Bridge and another on the Logan motorway

I would go into the office there and discuss it with them rather than phone them up.

    As for my defenders.
On my 110 I have the old large tag which is behind the rear veiw mirror and never had a problem. My 90 one is a new small one and is in the bottom left hand corner of the Windscreen. Never had a problem with either.
