I have a 2010 90 and have had the clutch rattle since the vehicle was about 18 months old, it hasn't really got much worse having now done 57K (not alot I know). Several people including MR Automotive have said you should be looking at clutch replacement anywhere from 60-80K's. If all other components hold out it may well be the spring that goes...
