Vlad, make sure the drain hole in your winch motor is oriented correctly. The standard US mount has the winch mounted with the bolts pointing toward the ground, whereas your ARB bar will mount the winch with the bolts facing forward, so you are effectively tipping the winch on it's side, this will move the drain hole to the 3-o'clock position and your winch motor will be half-full of water after the first creek crossing. They don't like it- no prizes for guessing how I know.
There are actually 2 drain holes in the casting, one of them will be sealed with silicon, the other not. Make sure the correct one is sealed before you mount the winch.
Apologies if I'm telling you how to suck eggs, but whoever installed the winch on the front of my 130 either didn't know this or didn't care.
