Fitting a winch to an ARB bar?

I have a 9000lb electric winch and a new ARB bar for my 300Tdi Defender.

I am obviously missing something (not too bright, me) but there doesn't seem to be appropriate bolt holes etc for mounting the winch?

Does anyone have instructions on how to do so?
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Have you bought the $ 265 'winch fitting kit' that is required to fit a winch to the new ARB bar!!!

A sneaky 'gotcha' I reckon!! The TJM bars are 'winch ready' out of the box!

    Something else to consider!

Dumb question: what does that winch fitting kit do?

I assume it bolts to the bar in the vertical plane, and bolts to the winch in the horizontal plane...

Not really - you're hyping something up...

It includes vehicle specific cabling, bolt kit, roller fairlead etc..

The bar from either brand on its own just has holes for the winch to bolt to..

    The kit is the finisher.

I have a fairlead (synthetic rope so not roller fairlead)
I don't have bolts but I wouldn't imagine they'd be too hard to get from a bolt supplier.
Vehicle specific cabling? For a Defender? I doubt it.

    Why would you doubt it?

Ever tried to run the short supplies cables to the battery of a defender?
Or from control box to winch?

As I said - vehicle specific

    WARN 9.5xp

FYI: from my recent enquiries to buy a new bar & fit my existing WARN 9.5xp

The ARB 3532070 winch fitting kit contains the following:
    Control box bracket
    Grill re-enforcement bracket
    Number plate bracket
    Winch power cables
    Winch mounting bolts/washers

    From my after-market supplier/fitter:
I don't believe we need to buy the winch fit kit, the control box bracket comes with the bar, there is no grille re-enforcement needed, number plate bracket I think not needed, power cables that come in the winch kit are no-where near long enough for a defender with the battery under the left seat, winch mounting bolts/washers you will already have.
Or short answer is No we don't require it!
An ARB winch bar installed on the car with your winch
    mounted and wired is $1784.00.

    From ARB:
ARB Deluxe winch bar in standard black (take away price and fitted including my existing WARN 9.5xp winch) - $1350 + $270 for fitting (Bar and winch)
