If you spoke to a specialist such as British OffRoad on the Sunshine Coast or MR Automotive at Reddcliffe I'm sure they'd have all the information.

Get some feed back on various intercoolers from those that have them, not those that have read reviews. I will stand by the ASE and even the guy that sold it to me for an Allisport wishes he had kept the ASE instead and was not happy with his choice. Now I am not saying they are good or bad as I have not had an Allisport, but before handing over the best part of $1000 or more get the low down from those that own one and have run it and compared it.
The intercooler on its own you wont see any dramatic improvement, though you will get a little and cooler engine temps.
It seems ASE may not be making these anymore for Land Rovers by their web site.

After a few days off the grid at work, I'm back into civilisation and been getting stuck into the beast. Think I may have found the issue with the boost gauge... moved the gauge and the vac hose pretty much fell off. Will be taking it for a drive a bit later to suss that out.

Looked at all those problem areas for leaks and have found ALOT of issues. Foam/seals wearing down. Also took that bracket off from the windscreen and will be putting some sealant action on that as advised.

Wanted to get to the ECU so I can look at a remap which has given good and bad news. Good - I have a NNN000120 ECU so I can remap it. Bad news - got a ****tonne of oil in there. So looks like I'll be replacing the wiring loom and mopping up whatever I can. Is there any point looking inside the ECU itself and cleaning it up?
