I would just go with the colour you prefer. I have an all black 90 and don't think it's that hot in the sun, even before I added insulation in the roof space.
If it's the heat your concerned with, then insulate around the transmission tunnel and floor/seat box. This is where a huge amount of heat comes from once the car warms up. You could even wrap the exhaust as some on this forum have done.

As I stated earlier I struggle to imagine what colours will look like until I've seen them but grey with a white roof. The question needs to be asked has anyone ever seen one in that colour combination? I would have thought the choice would be black or body colour.

Grey (Cornis or whatever the current one is) looks great either colour matched or black...

Silver with black looks sweet too...

Just moved from Port Fairy renovated a house there and we got bored so sold it and have just fished another one in Warrnambool and selling that one ! Port Fairy is the best though.
