I also have this problem , I can't fit my Superwinch into the back of the Delux ARB bar . I fact when I spoke to one of there people , he said what do you wont us to do ? re design the bar ! . I was asking if anyone else had contacted them with this problem . He said fit a Warn winch . I think the way for me to go is put spacers to put the bar 20mm forward . That way the winch will not hit the bottom of the grill . Good luck on fitting your winch !!.. Jim

Even if Mr 5" was introduced to that webbing I agree the top of the winch looks close to the bottom of the AC condensor.
In some ways the new style ARB are too close to the body anyways and shifting it 25mm outwards would likely improve its ability to take an animal strike. Obviously this is easier said than done when looking at the available bolt pattern you have to play with!

Is there room to remove the webbing and re-drill the bar bolt pattern placing the winch slightly lower in the bar?

I think they probably should re-design the bar... it wouldn't take much to use a bigger piece of angle for the brace so they are further apart.

Is that brace even necessary? It has the curve cut out of it anyway, wouldn't that reduce most of it's strength?

How much does it hit the ribs by? Could you shave the edges off the casting?

i'm going to have another look next day off.
one of the problems is the way the winch is cast. the feet are curved were the other winches its squared off so would slot between the ribs.
I'm going to make packers up and bolt it in see how much i actually have but i think it will be too close to the a/c fan.
