Also, as my two year old Australian made upgraded radiator is leaking red stuff everywhere, I’m going to toss it, and purchased an Allisport aluminium updated radiator from the Motherland. Bit of a production delay of up to six weeks unfortunately, but these are radiator porn, and they say 35% more efficient.
This company supplies the Dakar racers, so that’s good enough for me.
Pics of the installs to follow.
    Best wishes all.

I was thinking about this on our Chrissie trip from Sydney to Hobart and return. I remember some manufacturers (esp trucks and busses) had a spray on the wiper - connected by some small dia rubber tubing to the outlet near the windscreen. Has any tried this approach. The issue I have with my sprayer is the pressure vs the wind so the water doesn't get far enough up the windscreen to be effective when the old girl is doing hwy speeds.

    ‘’Hi Tombie mate.
    Long time no type!
I did see that one, but thought the jets were a bit low on the screen. Maybe they are adjustable. It must pump out some water with an upgraded pump etc!
    I hope you’re well mate.

Fitted a water separator to my air compressor setup this arv. Surprising how much water they can produce!

This used to be a common mod on rally cars back in the day. Disconnect the jets so you could get some volume and just run tubing straight up to the wipers. Tie it on to each blade very close to the windscreen. Was done to easily remove mud and worked a treat.

    Cheers,
    Jon

Bit more stylish than the Haymann Reece unit I purchased.
