    I was under the bonnet doing a bit of TLC . Took the air filter out , just checking . There was quite a few insects and dust in the bottom . So a good clean , plus washed the the polyester filter in soapy water . It was pretty dirty , then blew the paper filter clean . It will get replaced at next service . I don't mind doing this it lets me know how things are going !!.. Jim

    Mud Stuff unbreakable mirrors

    As above, l fitted my new Mud Stuff unbreakable door mirrors is opposed to the OEM units. They also have a wider field of view than OEM which is a bonus.
    Nicely built units and a 2 minute fit. They just mount to the standard ball on the mirror arm.

    About a cm wider than OEM, and mine are mounted to longer arms as I tow a caravan.
    Ignore the sand flag in the last photo. I promise I don't drive around like that!

    Yearly polish

    It's a bugger of a job but well worth the end result. I polish my beast one a year as well, whether it needs it or not��
