    A bit of art work

I got sick of my bright red ARB Intensity round and Bar LED lights. Stuck out like the proverbial, so I bought plastic paint in a can, and clear, and gave the red bits a liberal dose of carbon black.
It looks so much better than the red on a silver/black vehicle.
Pics to follow in a day or two as mylight bar brackets are on their way.

Mud Stuff LED interior light and heater deflector

Well, the British postie came this morning and bought my third Mud Stuff LED interior light to fit into the Center passenger area of the truck.
I also received a heater deflector which stops you getting a roasted shin. Not a big issue in the tropics, but great for down Sth or early desert mornings.

Heater deflector also helps put cool air around your feet rather than your left calf

    I didn't think of that.Great win-win!

While I'm on the subject, look what I just bought!
    Rough Parts Switzerland again.
Ive got both sides, will have one for the air hose and gun connected to an air tank, the other probably first aid kit, snake bite kit etc.

    My Stealth ARB Intensities

This looks so much better, if I say so myself.
    Quite happy with the result.

I had the 110 booked in to get Airbag man rear air bags with Kevlar sleeves fitted hopefully next week, as well as ARB front and rear Air lockers.
I wasn't keen on getting air lockers, but was swayed due to the five year warranty, local fitment, Australia wide support and to have the work done by my local ARB tech who is a really nice fella. We are driving the CREB track Nth of Cairns next weekend which will be good fun. A heavy Rainforrest track for those who don't know of it.
    Pics to follow.

Also, for anyone interested in ARB BP51 shocks (stunning gear), they won't be available for the foreseeable future to suit Defenders. ARB advise that they believe there's not enough room in the wheel arches for them to mount the remote reservoir. I'm sure it can be custom mounted, but they sell off the self, not custom.
Direct from ARB Shock tech area.

Looks good. Just a question if I may - is the 28 pound price on the Mud website for one heater deflector or a pair, as the pictures show them fitted to both sides, but the quantity is stated as 1?

It's a one piece unit. It clips into place and is held on with two clips on each side.. (You need to drill two small holes on each side of the dash.

I have one sitting around for over a year and I have lost the clips, I am going to use double sided tapes to secure it in place. Saves having to unnecessarily put holes if I can avoid it.

Seen it tried, tends to fall off!

The holes aren't a problem... (what is it with people's aversion to clean thought out hole cutting)...

Its not like you'll take it off when you sell What did you do to your Puma today?

Just get some small trim clips on eBay...
