Is that a kit of some type? If so do you have a source to share for a look?

It's an ensuite that AluCab are selling - quite a neat and tidy height adjustable fold-out shower curtain essentially. Takes about 6 seconds to set-it up and maybe 10 to pack it away. Very smart design, no messing about.

The shower is a simple 12v for use with a bucket of water - the one I got is made by 'Companion' but it's identical to the Primus one. I picked it up from BCF with a collapsible bucket. I already have plenty of 12 sockets in the car so I simply plug it in, hang the shower head on either the gullwing (as pictured) or the shower ensuite itself and rinse the day's dust and grime away.

Water source will more often than not be a river or lake so I expect the pump filter will need regular cleaning...but they're cheap as chips.

I have a 12v pump, strainer and filter hooked up to a 10L propane powered instant water heater. I may move to the 5L version and put it all inside a tactical case to easily deploy either from the camper trailer for shower and sink use or stow and use from the truck when the trailer isnt present (we have a mulgo top, so won't always bring the trailer, which is why portability is of interest, connecting the trailer water via quick connects when applicable), but i hadn't quite figured out what to do for the shower enclosure. This approach is promising. Thank you for sharing.

Great minds, just bought one myself and hope to mount it tomorrow. Nice bit of kit.

Yep, got mine from Drifta too. They seem to be my go to people for camping stuff these days.

You can get them from Alu-cab direct as well.

I haven’t got any photos as I haven’t installed it yet. I’m currently setting up a Rhino Pioneer Platform, which I’ll mount it too using a couple of home-made brackets. When it’s done I’ll add some photos to my build thread.

    Cheers,
    Jon
