Need some towing capacity. 3000KG would be good. Love my Vito van but business is good and need a fourby. Been on this site many years on and off. I am 6ft 2in and broad shouldered. (Hold the comments.) Will I fit comfortably in a 130? Drove Series 3's in army reserves in early 80's. Cant remember if I squeezed in or not. Bloke at Dingo CQ said height is ok. He was also over 6 ft. What do you reckon? Thank you.

SupporterI'm 6'2", all legs and drove one for fifteen years.
With a crew cab or wagon you just put packers/spacers under the seat rails 19-22mm high and longer bolts.
This enables the seat to slide further rearward (it clears the seat box bulkhead)
This makes for a nice, comfy driving position, but you'll probably drive with the window down and elbow out most of the time!
I'm pretty broad in the shoulders and any bulky jackets in winter made things a bit, er, claustrophobic so you learn to layer instead.
A standard cab ute is a little close for comfort.
even if it was a little tight you'll enjoy it for sure
extended seat rails are the way to go
Single cab NO you won't. H is well over 6" and he doesn't fit in one, though a duel cab you will as the seat can go back much further, H is happy driving ours

Hi,
I'm a lanky 6 ft and a bit and fit in my cab chassis 130 comfortably with no mods.
Both my boys are bigger than me and only just fit in the passenger seat with a squeeze, I doubt they could drive it.
Cheers

I am 6ft 2in and fit fine in my Series 3. Also fitted fine in my 110 wagon when I had it without any mods to the seat rails.
Drove 110 Canberra-Adelaide, 12hrs or so, only got out of the seat 3 times for food/fuel. Was very comfortable and not at all saddle sore. I am over 6ft.
It seems that just knowing someone's height and weight is not enough to predict whether they will feel comfortable.
I am only 180cm and 60 kg, so I have no problems.
However, I was quite surprised that my BIL who is about 190cm and about 85kg found the passenger's side comfortable. That is in spite of the fact that the AC reduces the available space.

Ya really need to sit in one.....
I’m 6’1” and topped the scales @ 112kg...now 95.
We have a 110HT which would have the same room as a single cab and I fit now worried.....Pretty sure my old wagon seat rails were standard and I fitted just fine.
Track down a defer and have a sit in it.
