    Puma Load Area Seat Measurements needed - help!

    Hello folks,
    Can someone with a tape measure and some time please help me with some measurements?

    A. Distance from reference to seat belt mount screw hole.

    B. Distance from reference to edge of bottom bracket. The bracket, not the mounting hole.

    C. Distance from reference to load area tie-down screw hole.


    I've been posting this to different Defender forums hoping for a response...I hope you can forgive me hunting around for an answer...I have been looking for this info for a very long time, as we have no Puma Defenders in the states....

    If anyone can measure the distance for me, then they can choose their own reference...as long as the reference is consistent and they define what the reference is!

    Well I am confused .. you dont have one, you cant buy one, ..umm why?

    I think in the USA they could only get Defenders between 1993 and 1997, and then some kind of import bans were imposed. I remember seeing a video of a very nice 110 that had been seized and was being crushed by heavy machinery (what a waste).

    I don't know the full details about the bans.

    Thanks Noyakfat .. interesting.. but they are asking for the dimensions for a Puma

    Anyway - badly worded question on my part - I want to know why the OP was after the dimensions (given they don't own one and cant buy one)
