    This is an interesting option!!

I have just come across this complete 110 hardtop body - could this be a really simple option to convert to 130 station wagon. The pop top would be simpler from there?

Do you have a secret to getting him to respond to enquiries?? Many here, including myself have drawn a blank!

You might want to check the dimensions of a 110 first. A fellow Defender owner here in Belgium is currently building a 130 poptop conversion using a 110 tub. The wheelarches are in the wrong place. He cut them away and had side panels custom made which he glued on the 110 tub.

    Good luck,

    Joris

It will be simpler with the 110 tub, interestingly Daniel has a 130 pop-top built in that manner that you can see on his website.

Best way to get a hold of him is to just go to the shop.

Price wise for that tub expect to pay thousands, like 10,000. Thing is perentie owners looking to hard top their 110 will want it too.

Considering you will have to move the wheel arch and fiddle with the roof, may be competetive price-wise to get a perentie tub, then custom roof and walls.

If I were pop-topping my 130 I would go that route over a box module.

It may seem like a pain in the arse, especially if you don't live in the state. But considering if you embark on the journey of actually converting it it will take a fair while anyway, could be a good investment of your time to just go there and even see how he stitched his together.
