Here's a couple of my '97 NAS D90 Soft Top
4.0 V8 auto
OME 3 inch lift
ARB lockers front and back
285/75/16 MTs on stock alloys
Safety Devices factory rack.

Awesome truck but had to fill up every 2 hours on a roadtrip and you had to wear your ski gear to and from the mountain. Not much insulation with the soft top.

It looks good! How do you find the ARB lockers?.. I am thinking about having them fitted to my car.. :)

Whilst I haven't had them fitted yet so i cant talk from first hand experienve you should look at the Ashcroft lockers, much better product cheaper. Dave the owner is a nice guy who also posts on here so you are dealing with a person who cares about their products.

The ARBs are awesome when they work. Just make sure you route the hoses so they don't rub. Any leak in the line and they don't work and that only happened once. They are awesome for tight, technical trails when you need the selectability. Mech locker in a short wheelbase truck would not be my choice.

I think for my next build I'm going to keep it simple, D110 with Tru Tracks front and back, no more rock crawling for me. :angel:

FYI the Ashcrofts are air lockers they use a static piston which is less prone to air leaks and engage the collar 6mm not the 2.5mm of the ARB so less likely to slip out.

And being Ashcroft they are made specifically for the landrovers and super tough.

They are also $700 each not whatever ARB charge now so are definitely worth considering.

To be honest I'd no knowledge of the Ashcroft locker and assumed they were mechanical.
