G'day Simon,
I have an APT steering guard hiding under the front in the photo, the same one as Wheatos has.
The one that sticks out and is more visible (unlike my number plate.....) is as Mekon76 says, it is a First Four product from the UK.

It is a winch bar specific to the SVX and LE Defenders, doesn't give you the best approach angle as the winch is mounted in front of the grill, some of the other first four winch bumpers have the winch recessed into the grill area allowing a much better approach angle.

The APT bash plate/steering guard I bought off Ben from APT who is a member on here, the First Four winch bumper I purchased on the net from First Four along with rear corner protectors and a whole heap of other stuff.

The First Four stuff is reasonably made, just their powder coating finish is usually pretty crap.

I have a FF winch bumper and yep the powder coating is a bit rough and unfinished in some parts of the bar. Good price though, mine was nearly half the price of a ARB knock off of the same.

Went up to Mt Matlock today and then around Jamieson and Lake Eildon. Soft off roading. Around the lake we went on some un named track. Had to escape through someone's driveway who was backed onto the lake as it was like a boggy marsh at one point.
