That number plate light bracket is a home made job... it is 2 piece, the number plate comes off the bracket that is behind the wheel, I orignally made it to suit a boost alloy withouth removing the centre cap. Rijidij supplies one that he makes (better than mine) but normally with the jerry/wheel combo you just put the plate on the jerry carrier. I just wanted to be different haha.

I have the larger fog/reverse light if that's what you mean?

How does that work with the bars? I can't see in the above images. Keen to know more

That should work.... it's pretty much just a 20mm RHS that sleeves into a 25mm RHS, with a bolt to lock them.
