    Relocating Defender fuse panel

Looking at my fuse panel in the Defender and I noticed it has suffered badly from water damage this wet season (Note to self: Close windscreen vents)

I was wondering if anyone has relocated the fuse panel and if so where?

    Pictures would also be good.

Same rain ingress problems with our 130... have been contemplating "water proofing" the current housing... interested in others ideas.

I reckon onto the rear bulkhead would be the easiest place to keep it dry (ish) but that would involve runing a LOT of cable back and forth I'd think.

Surely if you were going to go to all that effort / expense then you'd change it to a circuit breaker set up while you're at it ?

That's my other thought. I've got to drop the A/C out one day to replace the blower fan, so I might leave it until then. I do think it would be achievable - bit of tupperware maybe

Moving it anywhere would be a heap of pain, but so would loosing the lot. Hadn't thought of the circuit breaker path...hmmm, that and "water proofing"...

"tupperware" was my thought too, the wife has cupboards full of it, surely she wouldnt miss one

im still yet to replace the flasher can which stopped flashing this wet season... you pretty much remove the fuse box to get to it so ill have a shot at "defferware fuse box" and post a pic.
