got some quotes to do it today and yeah lets just say im a sad panda!!

the defender is getting dropped off with brian down by the brekkie creek hotel, fingers crossed its not at bad as ive heard things can be

Changing the head gasket on the 300TDi is fairly simple providing you're competent with a spanner... Follow the instructions in the workshop manual and you shouldn't go wrong.

Don't rush it and do an oil change after (the coolant will drain into the engine...)

Tip: Where it says turn through 60 degrees... That's the distance between the flats on a bolt. Find a point of reference and then just turn the bolt until the next flat lines up with it.
