    Love the night shots D3... Hobart isnt big enough to have such a large waterfront. What did you get for shutter speeds?

    Thanks Stooge. Still working on how to do these things well, especially focus at night. The first night pic was 66" @ f18, fl=18mm, ISO100. The second 60" @ f16, fl=18mm, ISO100. Couple more here http://www.flickr.com/photos/4868689...7623931056126/

    I took 100 or so shots from the bridge but it (the new Kurilpa bridge) gets a good shake going every now and again that lasts for 20 seconds or so and it ruined a number of shots. Its a foot bridge only so I don't know what the story is there.
