    Some pics from GCLRO's trip to Goomburra and the Main Range NP weekend before last. Practising with my new toy, the 500D

    Comments on composition, framing, etc would be welcome.





    I was really pleased with the colours in this shot but I mucked up the point of focus.




    I really like this shot, just the colours I suppose

    Been away for seems like an eternity, SW WA!! :-)
    Lovely spot, one of the most enjoyable trips we have had in years.

    Not from there unfortunately, haven't got to my images as yet, but will in due course.

    Early morning, 13secs F10 with the 7D.

    41degrees yesterday

    To dam hot outside, so decided to have a play with ACDSee Pro 3. Nothing flash, I quite like it. Seems to do most things.

    Took this photo down just out side Denmark W.A. two weeks ago.
    Went south to escape the heat and came back to more!!

    She who must be obeyed chose the frame.

    One of the Myrtle family.

    Nice image, try to have a version with a black or dark grey frame (if you must have one) and on the BG eliminate the light spot on the RHS top corner, You will see thet the image will improve again.

    Any better?
    Dont seem to have any plain grey or black that doesn't have a white insert. Will have to keep investigating.
    Deleted the original- pressed the wrong button in Photobucket.
