Here is one from Christmas on the Noosa River. Actually in the river is more accurate as I was about knee deep to get the framing I wanted.

PS was used to level the horizon and marginally tweak levels.

    Cheers, Steve

Very nice Steve, I like the golden colors and the composition.
The silhuette of the pelican made a very good FG

Thanks for the compliment - it is currently my wallpaper. I had a great evening there. We had fish and chips with some friends, the weather was excellent, the kids could run on the sand safely and I was able to wander up and down taking pictures.

I had to stalk that pelican for about 5 minutes to get the framing I wanted! He was very tame and let me approach, but wasn't interested in being gently shepherded to where I wanted him to go.

    Cheers, Steve

Here is one that I took last month out of the office window about 30 miles north of Derby, WA.

I got airbourne out of Broome just before sunrise and proceeded to watch the most awesome sunrise from both below the cloudbase, and then again from above it.

The next two were taken at a place called Marella Gourge, a few hours drive east of Halls Creek.

    Exif.

The lens was 18mm, F/14 (max was 3.6) and exposure was 1/10 with pattern metering and at and ISO setting of 320. It was edited last with Google Picasa. It was taken at 19:00 on 11/02/08

And unless it has been reset I'm guessing this was the 42nd photo taken with the camera.

Save the photo to your PC then right click on the file and choose properties then details.

    Cheers, Steve
