    Is this normal

Hey, here is the first of many questions from me about my new old, 88 rangie. I have just fitted some larger tyres and rims to the rangie and noticed the passanger side front wheel is slightly outside the wheel arch by about 10mm. and the drivers side is just within the wheel arch. Is this normal or is something not right?.

I am fitting some 2 inch raised springs on sat, so i would like to know if i should fix somthing else first.

    cheers

Yes it's normal. When you raise the springs the axle shifts sideways with movement of the panhard rod, so there's a bit of spare sideways space built in.
