Why ?
You will be up for LOTS of money, and unless you're a dyed-in-the-wool LR /RRC tragic with a few thousand spare dollars, you will not end up "happy".
For starters, look on the outside of the chassis rails front/rear to see if the height sensors are still there. Then go on-line and search for new ones, as 19 years is stretching it... (One of mine is mortally wounded...)
Try around £70 each, and yes, all 4 have a differant part number.
The air tank lives on the outside of the LH chassis rail under the LH passenger seat.
Valve body and pump on the RH side, under rear passenger. - See if the wiring and plug(s) are intact.
One box of Black Magic lives under the driver's seat, another in the underslung valve/pump box.
Air filter lurks behind the sub-woofer, inside RH rear wing.
Sure you really want Air $uspension ???
PS, If you only need extra height when in the Ruff Stuff, have you considered Polyairs inside your 4 coils ? Cheaper, and heaps more reliable...
Disclaimer:- Mine is a '95 Vogue SE with a working EAS, due to spending unjustified amounts of money... with more to come. Or rather, "go"...
IMHO and coming from Jap/German/Aussie vehicles, I regard the later model RRC's as not 'fit for purpose' due to reliability/consistancy issues and the EAS merely makes it worse... Mine came with non-leaking bags, but disconnected and U/S pump. Valve body was allegedly ok. Too much temptation & challenge for me !

Install a pair of helpers in the front springs. - Same thing, either a set of solonoids/valves etc etc. Or two schraeders up front somewhere.
