    RRC rear quarter window rubbers

Hi. Does anyone know where to find rear quarter window rubbers for a 4 door 85 range rover? They are no longer made and rare as rockin horse s**t. Is anyone in the same boat?

are these the fixed ones on the doors, or the fixed glass in the rear.

if its the rear fixed glass (not on the door), if you find out where to get them let me know mine have let go too.

In another thread, there was a guy who used skikaflex and just sealed them back up, I'll probably do the same thing.

The rear glass on mine I'm removing altogether and installing Ali sheet instead just purely for loading the rear right up when going away

Not available anywhere I don't think. I have searched many forums for the answer to this, and the closest I came was finding someone that asked a rubber supplier if they could make that profile. It didn't go any further when he was told it would cost something like £1,300 for the die and he would have to get 100 metres minimum...

I think he asked around to see if anyone wanted to split the cost, but I don't think they got it off the ground.

I have been looking for similar profile that may do the job, but have drawn a blank. I think Sikaflex may be the go or do what Adam said - that would probably look quite good - make sure you post some pics.

    Cheers - Gav

May be worth giving this guy a bell; Range Rover. He's got more than what is listed for a P5B anyhow.
