Fuel filter replacement
Hi all,
I have a wide band o2 sensor installed in my car to monitor what is going on in the exhaust/engine. Recently it has been going haywire, leaning right out for extended periods and then going into an error mode. I thought maybe the gauge was faulty? But then I started to wonder about fuel pressures etc...and remembered that I had a new fuel filter that I'd not fitted because it seemed too hard at the time. I dug it out and fitted it and what do you know???? It fixed the problem, funny how you don't notice performance dropping off over time. Now with the new filter it doesn't lean out and it revs a lot more freely too!
So check your fuel filters!!!!@
