That's hard to see, but...
before you decide to remove the manifold again, take the hose off, and check the push in fitting for corrosion.
might needs a scriber etc around the edge, and some vinegar/citric acid to ermove any scale or buildup around the area.
I have seen these leak before, and you may be able to fix it by removing the pressed in fitting and replacing it with a tapped thread and a threaded barb fitting, but it could just as likely be a pinhole leak from underneath, or even the thermostat housing/cover. I noticed when pulling my thermostat off a few months ago that the face needed milling, due to corrosion worms from decades of previous owner cooling system neglect.
Since I have descaled the block and cooling system I don't have issues, but there are always plenty of 'discoveries' when overhauling a cooling system and making it sound.
Worst case scenario, you will need to weld it or source a new manifold and replace the gaskets.... Not a huge drama if you are at home and have time, but no gurantees that what you need is available or able to be sent before xmas.
