I bought and installed the larger 60 mm washer.

Now there is enough material to be able to bend it over the drop arm and one of the flats on the nut.

While technically you don’t need a press to fit the Super Pro bushes, you may need arms like Popeye.
As I don’t, I used a G clamp and some wood packing to “press” the bushes in.

Fitting the trailing arms to the axle was fairly straight forward.
The next step is the bushes in the panhard rod and then I can reinstall the front axle.
