Commiserations Sir; - I got rid of mine last week. - 'Bags were still un-rotted and the EAS/ecu was still working perfectly, despite the pump being a mite slow

......well......at the time it did but then it self resuscitated itself and is now working perfectly again. I think a sensor just got itself all in a tizzy for a bit.

It has also just had a service, new plugs and some other minor matters attended to. Now I am a bit disappointed each time I arrive at where I am going that the drive is over. I just want to keep going...........

    Roof anyone ?

Got to work this morning to find a tree branch fallen across the roof of my 94 softdash LSE.
Any roof panels out there from the one or two vehicles being scrapped ?

Well......I am somewhat forlorn. For foolishly speaking of how well my LSE was running I have invoked Green Oval retribution. Alas my driveway is empty.

My Rangie has packed an overnight bag of spanners and hitch hiked a ride out of town on a yellow flat top. It seems the Landy workshop...errrr...Range Rover Retreat..... with its high pressure water spas, soothing embalming oils for its internals and invigorating lotions for its leather has overwhelming appeal. I knew before it left that it was excited about something because it had bunged on its pretty dash party lights.

I did manage a glimpse of the tempter. All yellow with RACV emblazoned all over it. I guess being a Rest And Care Vehicle the temptation to leave with it was just too much.

Sigh.....to think....so easily tempted by a coat of yellow paint and all that glitzy TV advertising

I suffered from the same fate - next door neighbours gum tree decided to part with several branches in the wind and it dropped on the otherwise perfect bonnet of my 124 coupe. I'm ****ing livid.

especially since there is a brand new hood insulation panel on it - 3 months old.

    Insurance claim to come. grr.
