Picked it up and drove it home without any hiccups. Apologies in advance re the idiot with the ridiculous grin in the photo.

Checked everything all looked good, all fluids newish spent 1hr underneath & around all looked ok (fluids included 95% fuel).
Can not believe the trip home, sat on the road like glue cruised at 100 & 110km/hr slowed down to 80 on about 7 hills, swapped down to 3rd 3 times on hills apart from the noise & a little bit warm in the cab, damn thing road better than my 2 yr old company Territory.
9 hrs from service area before Westgate bridge to old toll gate in Adelaide (720km), 5 stops 1 for fuel & food, just rechecking sums I think 12.9 l/100km.
Only thing not working is tagged air compressor, map light & I didn't have enough courage to switch from main to auxiliary tank, love my Perentie RFSV already; lucky I am already near deaf.
Putting her over the pit for a good check this weekend before registering.
PS: Also checked speedo against 2 gps units & it is the most accurate speedo I have experienced since have been able to check with gps, my wife following kept accusing me of speeding, her 2 yr old Outlander speedo is about 5km/hr under at 110, the Ford about the same.

12.9/100 seems a little high. Mines a GS a returns 10.5l/100kms. Might have something to do with the raised roof line of the RFSV. Guess it's like comparing the aerodynamics of a brick, with the aerodynamics of a slightly larger brick.
And Benlow, no need for an apology. I think we all know what that grin feels like.

Opened all the boxes & compartments to see what I could find, nearly everything has vehicle number on it including 4 brown shelves for unknown purpose
We're like sharks! LOL. I bet thats a dash cover on the right side and if that gear is left on board, perhaps something is left underneath in the rear can holder?

The things on the right are the bags the chains were in, the dash cover is still in place. We're like sharks! LOL. I bet thats a dash cover on the right side and if that gear is left on board, perhaps something is left underneath in the rear can holder?
I haven't got the can holder down yet but there is at least 1 can in it with some fluid sloshing around, wondered exactly what that thing was, thanks Carzee.
Looking at books was taken out off service due to air compressor not functioning which I still haven't got working.
Missing door tools, maybe rear sway bar if they go behind diff & black out shield for instruments, also map light doesn't work but passenger dash trip meter does, also has cigarette light built into ROPS as well as left +/- female plugs front left side.
Switched to auxiliary fuel today that worked fine & was also full, batteries looked about 2 years old.
The bad some corrosion evident but not too late & where I am as long as you wash & don't leave mud rust not a problem (will hit it with inhibitor). Left window rattles like a maraca, my son closed it & not a noise next person in opened it & I can't shut it up got to ask the lad how he did it.
As to pulling everything out & opening compartments I waited in anticipation all day then felt like a picker.
