Wow! I have not seen any vehicle (withing reason eg.truck) handle a rear collision like that so well. Makes me feel safer in mine now.

The rear bumper and jerry can holder absorbed a lot of the impact as well as the torsion bars on the rear axle. Just in time for Summer. Yeha.

It absorbed all that impact but is only rated at 900Kg towing (or is that 1200kg towing 900kg + the trailer)?
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
Surely that would be it's military towing rating, usually half of the civillian rating.

I checked the chassis on 4x points with a plumb bob on a level chassis and did a diagional check It was within 2mm across diagonals and was also parallel.
KLR did a perfect job on the mechanicals. Thanks Brad.
