Battery box would be the obvious answer, unless you are doing a dual battery setup there will be plenty of room.
Another option is to buy a center cubby box (much like the factory ones) and put a mulgo exbox underneath it and run a 100A feed to it with a fuse box in there.

Also I recommend upgrading your glass fuses to modern blade fuses, as seen in this thread. This will give you a few spare fuses!
