Of course I bloody have.
The single rear seat will not pass certification either in its current form in QLD.
RFSV rear seats shouldnt pass as the seatbelts are 5 point and approved to the standards. the seat mounting itself is marginal but in theory should pass but I personally (meaning because Im already aware it probably wasnt going to pass and was just trying my luck) would not be upset if I got pinged on the seat and would just register it as a two seater then do the rework required to get it to pass on a subsequent 3 seat rego.
yes I know the 5 points are better than whats required but they are not approved, from memory theres also an anchorage issue for them.
Same caveat applies from the GS rear seats.
you can have it but you cant use it in the fashion it was intended.
theres another couple of technical issues with that varient that I dont want to put somewhere that can be searched, the vogons can do the hard yards themselves..
