- Windscreen is the same as the defender, cast aluminium corners welded to aluminium connecting tubes. No need to rust proof.
- It's pinch-weld seal. Fitted by the Army so not standard. Replacement pinch-weld available at places like Clark Rubber. Not sure of why they fitted it, possibly to stop water or perhaps reduce noise.
- Yes they were, the jets were fitted between the two firewall air vents, same as the civilian 110 and defender.
With a little difficulty you can get to the back of the jet through the ash tray on the top of the dash. You may even find that the washer pipe is still there with the remains of the original jet.
