    A nice neat job you've done on the cradle.
    The only downside I can see though is that a slight nudge on the bullbar would possibly result in a dented bonnet. However, your pictures are sometimes deceptive and may not show exactly how much clearance you actually have.

    Looks good well done HF antenna folding mount
    You could reach out to Ivan Smith in Renmark he is a Codan agent, he was making lock nuts or getting them made, I have one on my 3040 no grinder can get to the thread but I’m sure if they wanted it they would find away.

    Yes there is less room behind the bar than there was before, like most things this is a compromise between the ideal and the practicable.

    I'm not sure there's much point chasing security with this, the folding bracket has a 8mm bolt as a hinge- two shifters would undo that in seconds, there's the bolt holding that mount to the bullbar, then the base bolt in the antenna; even the flex mount incorporated in the base of the antenna is just bolted together. I'll only park it near honest people.
