New South Wales & ACT - Twozone Dealers
Seems to be plenty
The only poblem with Twozone, thet are not produced in large quanities anymore. You may have to look on Ebay or ring around store that sold them. They do make them for Waecos as well. If you are putting them on a new Waeco check your warranty as i belive that if you put one on it may void it. Engel have no problems as they use the same hardware.
Cheers

Ive got a 3way 35ltr fridge that is perfect.. i suspect that the 40ltr ones mentioned here are also perfect. Any bigger and you start loosing too much space I recon.

You can also get fridge slides that drop down if you want to use the storage space underneath.

Thought i should report back. Ended up with a 55LT Fridgemate, fits longways, just. Tight squeeze upagainst rear seats and held in tight by the rear door.
Would have to cut out cargo barrier if I had one and is actually my next mod to do.

Good stuff. Fridges are expensive but make camping life so much easier and enjoyable, I dare say no one regrets buying a fridge over mucking around with ice/eskies/freezing blocks etc! Do you have a slide? They make life so much easier. Also do you have shelf / drawers etc? Pics if you do![]()
I ran a Waeco 50lt. Perfect fit without slide or handles. The compressor vents in the angle behind the rear seat (no cargo barrier) I run it as a freezer only (except for a few cans in the dairy compartment). I have an EvaCool ice box in the trailer and the defrosting meat or 2lt milk bottles full of frozen water (cycling them through the freezer) keeping the vegies etc fresh.
I run two of the 35 lt Waeco's in the back of my D1. Gives me the flexability to run 1 as a fridge and 1 as a freezer. I can also just pull one out for short weekedn trips if I only need a fridge. The smaller sizes are also easier to manage when they are full. I have attached a picture showing the setup. Still a work in progress.
