I would be looking at the thermostat (oil) housing, the bolt head (plug) that you can see has an o-ring sealing it and it can leak, Regards Frank.
So its actually coming out from in between the top of the oil filter and the housing?
If so, surely you have something stuck between the rubber seal and housing?
What do you think?

I dont think it is leaking from there. More so where you screw on the filter.
Just thought that I would take some pics.

The oil is coming from where I said, as you can see right in the middle of the bottom pic, clean the oil off as Dave said, puff some talc on that area and run the engine, Regards Frank.
Okies, so now I have gaskets and stuff. Going to pull it off tomorrow and have a good look and a degrease.
The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊
The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈
Nah, I think it is just oozing out from where the oil filter bolts on. There is a top weep hole as well as a bottom weep hole for the thermostat housing on the oil filter.
Cheers
