I have just done this job!
It's pretty straight forward, a workshop manual is invaluable as it has exploded diagrams etc. Took me about 3 hrs for the 1st one and 21/2 for the other. Just keep things in order as they come off, makes it easy to put back together iff you don't have to go hunting through a box of bits. I had to replace the top swivel pins and bushes, the swivel bearings in the bottom and did all the seals as a matter of course. At mechanics rates, you can save alot of money doing it yourself. And its satisfying!
Go for it!
