    Dramas is a good way to put it.

    You need to lift the window frame in the front doors because the window runner is bolted to the bottom of the door and it sits right in front of the lock with no room to twist the lock out.

    I looked at Ian's photos, my lock had a lot more levers and holes for attaching rods.

    As for next time, no thank you. I'll just reach over from inside and open the door.

    Ian def did not remove anything to do with the window frames and he got the lock out no dramas at all.....

    perhaps next time bring to ours and he can help you...I told him of your problems he said it only took him 45mins to mine because it was just a little fiddly
