yeah.... of course I pay attention to details... I'm a photographer

Can't exactly do it myself coz I don't have the compressing clamp - but am always keen to try and learn new things and get additional tools for the "collection" ...

but more so was wondering (even if I get someone else to install them for me) how I can make sure that it WILL last me as long as possible (-... especially since I'm planning a few months travel beginning of next year.... YAAAAY...)

    Cheers again!

I hear ya on the ... "good to know how's it done"

    RAVE manual required ... I've got 1
    Spring compressor .... I've got 1 ... or a nice 1 available for 25 clams from Mal's
You have to bed the valves in ... (valve paste and rotating tool)
    Install new valve stem seals
Ensure that the valve (retaining) collar's are seated in place (hammer)

    Cheers

    that's right!

I'm using the manual (hopefully) attached

Thank you very much for the hints... I might get back to you about that later.

Unfortunately a bit short on time (guess everybody always is) due to work... and also wanted to replace timing belt (& pulleys) while I'm at it...
So we'll see how I go with all that this weekend

Hopefully she'll be right to drive again soon!!

    CHEERS!
