Has anyone installed a performance head on their 300 TDi, whether from Turners or elsewhere? Is it worth the extra money? Is there anything else that needs to be changed for the install?

Years ago I wanted a double cardon rear shaft for my TJ Jeep. Search around Oz and apart from the price, it was a 2 and a half week wait to fabricate it. I ended up getting it from a place in Cali for half the price and it arrived at my door in 3 days. Says something about Australian customer service hey.

How much all up did it cost you? Did you just get the bare head or did you get the valves, gaskets etc etc with it?

There is a joke about F1 teams. German team pulls into the pits, in and out in 5 seconds. British team comes in, in and out in 5.1 seconds. Australian F1 teams pulls into the pits, bloke says to the driver, leave the keys with us mate you can pick it up in a week.
